Here's a little bit about my immune disorder, MCAS, and why I yell about it so much
I've got a lot of new followers, so fair warning I yell A Lot about my mast cells + mast cell disorders #MCAS

This may seem niche

But COVID infection can trigger mast cell dysfunction

So it is becoming more common, and there are not enough doctors who know how to recognize and manage it

I'm gonna keep bumping this because it's gonna take the kindness of strangers to get the support he needs
One of my HS classmates is a trucker who has hit hard times because of an on the job injury and since this country’s social safety net is trash, needs to raise funds to support his recovery. Please consider donating, even if you can’t offer much 🫶🏽

An anonymous donor just offered to match up to $1,000 to my fundraiser in support of health benefits for @scarleteen.com's staff and an as-needed health fund for volunteers, which means your $1 is worth $2! Anyone want to join in with ANOTHER match to turn that into $3?

God I want to see a million “Dems demanding new leadership” articles today, I want it to be a narrative Schumer can’t escape
Democrats are demanding new leadership after Schumer failed to stop a GOP-backed funding deal that doesn't guarantee continued health care subsidies. Progressives like Ro Khanna blasted him for giving in and warned premiums could soar as a result.
Democrats Call for New Leadership After Schumer Caves on “Terrible” GOP Deal
“If you can’t lead the fight to stop healthcare premiums from skyrocketing … what will you fight for?” said Ro Khanna.

I'll get back to "party unity" as soon as the Senate Minority Leader tells us if he voted for the Democratic party nominee for mayor of his city.

I'm tired of party unity only ever running one way.

i do the same thing, alternating between two N95s. you don’t have to throw them away after one use.

but do get a new one if the one you’re wearing gets wet or starts to look visibly dirty.

and don’t share masks, obviously.
I don't know where I saved the link to the study, so take this with a grain of salt

But IIRC, for N95s the elastic is typically going to wear out before the face mask does

I reuse mine quite a bit. I generally have two "active" N95 masks at a time and alternate which one I'm using

7) So it seems that fatigue, exhaustion, and lack of energy are not only poorly understood in ME/CFS, but in many other conditions as well. This suggests there might be some major fatigue-signalling pathway that scientists are currently missing.

Hey, a lot of people are talking about changing affiliation from Democratic to Independent.

Let me tell you why you shouldn’t do that in Colorado.

One of the main ways to get a primary challenge candidate on a ballot is to caucus for your party. You need to be registered as a Dem to caucus.
