I was scrolling Twitter nonstop in the 48 hours or so before election day last year. The overwhelming majority sentiment was that Harris had waged one of the most perfect campaigns in political memory and that if Trump still won it would be because *nothing* could have defeated him.
The media decided the debates were the *only* important aspect of the election when Biden was at the helm, then, once Harris swapped out and wiped the floor with Trump, they actively ignored it.
