Get a guitar or some drums, or a trumpet. Pick up a brush, a pencil, some clay or a welder.

Just make shit. It doesn't have to be good (eventually it will be) just make music, art or write or whatever.

It's literally never been more important.

Back from a break in stunning #Oban #Scotland Great to be away from traffic of life for a few days. A couple of pics from the Dog Stone walk we did including my son pointing out a hidden stone in the trees.
Man and small boy next to some woods and a large stone which was part of the Dog Strone originally. Near Oban, Scotland. The Dog Stone, Oban, Scotland. Its name is derived from a legend that relates that this is where the giant, Fingal, tied up his dog, Bran, when he went hunting in the Hebrides.
