A tropical storm turned dinner into a drama! The restaurant is open on 2 sides, so when the wind picked up, glasses smashed to the floor, then those eating at the edges had to rush to tables further in as the deluge began. We got soaked coming back to our room. Lightning is incredible.

Yep. Such a waste of money. And they're not flush and need to do loads of work on their house so I found it bizarre.

They do firworks in the street in Holland.

So we moved rooms cuz a young family was above us and kids were running laps and squealing. It sounds like soneone new has moved in above us with children too. Great. Just hope they don't start at 5am.

Poor next doors dog. ☹️ It's New Year in Holland. The place blows up with bombs and giant chinese firecrackers and anything they can find that's noisy. My neighbour wasted 5k on them with 2 of his mates! Insane.

If your paying, they're not a beta reader, they're a critiquer or editor. The term beta reader was specifically meant free readers, but it's be hijacked as most stuff has now for indie writers who have to pay someone for everything.

It definitely is unique. Though really it's for divers and snorkelers. It was nice to find a place I could get into the water without rocks and a strong current.

I have a devoted shelf in a bookcase. I have some programs too. Depends what it's for. I must admit I rarely look at them again. Lol

But yet they've made it a whole thing. And one of the family was some theatre director in the 50s/60s and so they've made it all about him inside, yet the book never mentioned him. Odd.

I have to buy the books and find out all the details. Though I was wholely disappointed by a 'fake one' at Nymans in West Sussex, where the owner had turned a huge mansion into a fake medieval house in the 1920s. Odd.

I'm happy around 25-27. But there's a breeze here all the time which really halps. I couldn't live in this, but lying on a beach in a bikini dipping in and out of sea or pool works for me. I'm a beach holiday lover.
