The world is fascinated with how we Australians and Kiwis living in Australia have been able to survive for so long in an environment where everything is born to kill us. Get on the wrong side of a boomer or cassowary and they will reveal your intestines to the world.

The role of the coroner dates back to 1194 in England & Wales. The office is separate from the government of the day. It seeks only truth.

The NSW coroner will report truthfully on the Bondi shooting & make known any recommendations. www.coronersociety.org.uk/the-coroners...

The Queensland government & the Qld parliament does not instruct the Qld judiciary. Our justices interpret legislation & apply it to the evidence presented to them in court. It's fundamental to democracy. Fitzgerald Inquiry's Gary Crooke explains. #qldpol youtu.be/lh7MygAdDe4

I know this will sound awful & I apologise in advance. I don't mean this horribly.

Having studied decades of travel expenses reports the current news will push any potential reform off the agenda. It will pop up again in 2-3yrs time no matter which party is in govt. #auspol

A very important thing to understand about Qld in the post-Joh era is we Queenslanders will not be subjugated by any political party ever again. The Qld parliament was built by us & we expect all members to work on the issues in 2026. We have no qualms about replacing MPs. #qldpol

Do not, under any circumstances, ever presume the Queensland Premier of any political persuasion rules over us Queenslanders. Any legislation that weakens the separation of powers will be met with resistance. David Crisafulli is well aware. Put that on your FrontPage. #qldpol

The Courier Mail editor is wrong. No Qld govt of any political persuasion can enforce policy upon the Qld courts. We adhere to the separation of powers. Both Joh & Newman failed to understand that doctrine. If the editor is suggesting we break that, it's a serious matter. #qldpol

Tony Fitzgerald recently turned 84. We Queenslanders don't deserve such a person. Still watching over us.

Mr Fitzgerald & Catherine Holmes are are two justices that care deeply about the Australian people. Ask them to fix the NACC & they will. #qldpol

Blame is unwelcome, Mr Netanyahu. All Australian families are very aware of the Holocaust & gave their sons & daughters to end the 20th Century persecution of Jewish people & Europeans.

So you sit down there & wait for the courts & coroner to judge this.

There will be media speculation in coming days, weeks, months & years. The office of the NSW Coroner is the only one that can establish the facts here.
