I agree. I did this briefly for Kids DnD and it was great fun. Would do again in a heartbeat. In fact, I think I shall. Wonder when 13th Age 2e is arriving...
What Isekai TTRPGs are there? I'm trying to work out why this isn't a more popular genre.
So far we've worked out:
- DIE: the RPG, I suppose
- That one class from BREAK!!
- The Dungeoncrawler Carl TTRPG, I think, but it's not out yet

2. Wensleydale with toffee and maple syrup. Like curdled butterscotch icecream. A culinary crime against humanity.
So far, novelty cheeses for the sake of novelty. Ghastly.

But it needs to be a game with specific mechanics to unlock each other's inner stories, because that's a huge part of the world too.

I see from #Dragonmeet pics on the old socials that this hobby is absolutely chock full of beaming young men and women bringing their 21st century vim to our hobby.
As someone who's nerdy circle is predominantly santa-bearded baldies, I couldn't be happier. The future for #ttrpgs is secure 😀
