AI slop being foisted upon schoolkids in the UK. As part of a lesson on the water cycle, it is a cartoon of a drop of water with the usual AI bullshit “not entirely words” captioning. This looks like it says U S S Dein mmmm Plow. And people all around the world are paying taxes to have this shit thrown at their kids.

Hey, Shroomsky- check out the #FungiFriends Ï found this morning in James City County, Virginia!

A classic, almost cartoonish mushroom poking up out of the pine straw. The conical cap is bright red at the top, shading to orange, with a white stem. It’s a little smaller than a fist.

A delightfully textural mushroom some six inches tall. So round- very pleasing to look at. 10/10
