I literally visualize most things while having convos. If I can’t see it, I don’t get it. Always in color.

This definitely occurs while reading. I read Demon’s Dream last month and there were times I didn’t know if it was a book or a movie lol.

Let’s be clear, you’re only as ‘healed’ as your most recent trigger.
