Charges against Linehan dropped, and the police say they will "no longer investigate non-crime hate speech."

Can someone explain to them that:

a) linehan also did some criminal damage in that incident, and

b) HATE SPEECH IS A FUCKING CRIME.

Is hate speech a crime in the UK?
if the offence is perceived by a victim or witness to have been motivated by hostility towards the victim's disability, race, religion, sexual orientation or transgender identity, it can be recorded as a hate crime.

They didn't do anything during the genocide except seek more novel ways to look the other way. They still don't want to do anything, but view the ceasefire as a suitable rug under which to sweep all unpleasant discussions. The Maccabi stuff is basically stamping down the rug's bulging corners.

You are literally here saying that we should vote for labour, who are doing same or same as makes no difference as reform and Tories, so we don't get reform or Tory policies. Over and over again, establishment journalists just refuse to describe Republican policies and beliefs in plain language to mislead the public. The GOP says it is purging liberals from academia and journalists reframe it as “rebuilding trust.” That is not journalism, it is regime propaganda.

Every day I hear more stories of how UK schools are actively harming trans kids.

It was always variable.
It got worse post Cass.
It is now getting so much worse post EHRC.

It is so bloody simple to support trans kids in schools - they are actively working hard to cause this much harm.

Labour are absolutely making noises to leave the ECHR already, and will make it effectively impossible to get ILR. So it's not a clear dividing line, it's just a current level of compromise you're willing to defend. And when they do start deporting people, you'll defend that too.
