Weakening universal HBV vaccination recommendations has accomplished nothing positive for public health. It is undoing a policy with decades of evidence, extensively demonstrated safety, and it is erroneously suggesting that there is some kind of substantive risk to the vaccine.

Tax payer this and tax payer that. It's not your money! It is technically all of our money. It's supposed to be used to help create a better society. But you only seem to complain about how it's spent when it's helping vulnerable people. And not those who are extremely wealthy.

It was once pointed out to me, that besides taxes doing what they do, that I should never feel guilty or ashamed for being on unemployment insurance benefits (formerly known in Ontario as UIC).

This isn't just about Cocona, but I am always SO GLAD to hear about any trans and nonbinary person receiving support from their legally-related families (regardless of blood relations). It is something I did not have and the lack of familial support caused a lot of hardship when I was a young adult.

Anyone who says “be normal” betrays that they have an implicit value system of who is considered normal and who is not, and when you have that, you will always value some people and traits over another. They will always replicate hierarchies of power in the long run.
