Also just the entire idea that you can reduce the systematic disappearing of your non-white neighbors by a bunch of lawless masked federal paramilitaries armed to the teeth to bait is so insulting to its core. We are standing up against and bearing witness to an ethnic cleansing.

No one is taking the bait. Regular people armed only with whistles and phones are trying to prevent their neighbors from being disappeared by unaccountable masked armed goons. The differential in power and force between these two sides is so immense it is laughable to even consider them together.

The thing re: LaMonica McIver is that they went after her & Ras Baraka first. Dropped charges against Baraka and are prosecuting her. I heard her talking about the toll that this prosecution is taking on her and her family. Also, apparently because she's an elected officials can't raise legal funds.
