"This quote comes from a different recent court case but is exactly as quoted" is the kind of judgement correction that simply wouldn't be a headline in any place where our media wasn't institutionally committed to furthering the demonisation and segregation of trans people from society
Like this correction is minor and essentially changes nothing but Istg the incompetence and carelessness of cis people in positions of authority is one of our biggest problems. You can't be this lazy when dealing with highly motivated, well resourced, reactionary cranks.

Are they capable of presenting the facts in a clear, contextual and concise manner? Her partial victory was so minor compared to everything she lost on.
