The PDF for this is online and it’s really neat. Lots of pretty cool ideas about varying AI polities and their philosophies towards humans. The DC one runs a ‘normal’ govt as a puppet state to use humanities resources, and the CDMX one is omnicidal against biological life. Good shit.
