vgen actually has an option to set up your stuff for use for streaming/video monetization! which is lovely since I work largely with vtubers

This is why when I price things like models, designs for models, emotes, pngtubers, ect, the charge I would charge for streaming monetization use is factored in. I assume that's what they are used for, because of course it is.

Anyone else think a lot of vtuber artists that use "for personal use only" in their ToS don't think that through?

If you're making a vtuber Model and they accept tips or monetized streams or videos, that's commercial use

I know you don't mean that but contracts don't care.

The problem with left-leaning media is they're intrinsically more strict with their propaganda to only using verifiable sources so it's really hard to poke holes in their ideology and arguments in comparison to a lot of low quality rightwing content.
That makes attacking their points with fact checkers not very effective unless the fact checkers use misinformation tactics as well.
In essence people on the right have to work harder and more creatively to push their agendas as statistics and studies frustratingly arent usually on our side.

Fun fact about the Salvation Army: they use a form of substance use treatment called work therapy. Oh, and by treatment, I mean they have people who have been convicted of drug charges work for their stores & warehouses in exchange for room, board, around a $1 a week, and minimal actual therapy.

This is a pattern of behavior. People like this don't really care when they've done things wrong, or well, they might, but they typically only do because they hate having to face the consequences. It sounds like it is time to move on.

I don't blame commissioners for accepting low price ranges as long as they are nice to their artist. The artist set a price, they might be undercharging, but that's the price they feel comfortable setting.If you have the money? Absolutely do B. If you need that price range, take it. They need you.
