TL:DR, releasing in January-ish. Trying to balance noob-friendliness and capability for expert users. Money makes me sad. See rough outline in the pics and details below 🧵

NEW PARTS TO MODEL
- Moustache, as cheek addon or as mouth? Both?

BIG ADDITIONS
- (?) Make toggle to enable individual part scaling via runtime handles. Leave for post launch?

- Add the 3D decor using the decal controls
- Make basic usage video for BaB itself
- Make Blender usage video for post-export tweaking
- Make FAQ/readme document answering the following: blendshape sensitivity/inversion, object hierarchy weirdness, disappearing parts (jic), loading on export and clones, decal how-to, ARKit and VSF,

Oh good, ChatGPT is getting "erotica for verified adults" later this year

We made ChatGPT pretty restrictive to make sure we were being careful with mental health issues. We realize this made it less useful/enjoyable to many users who had no mental health problems, but given the seriousness of the issue we wanted to get this right.

Now that we have been able to mitigate the serious mental health issues and have new tools, we are going to be able to safely relax the restrictions in most cases.

In a few weeks, we plan to put out a new version of ChatGPT that allows people to have a personality that behaves more like what people liked about 4o (we hope it will be better!). If you want your ChatGPT to respond in a very human-like way, or use a ton of emoji, or act like a friend, ChatGPT should do it (but only if you want it, not because we are usage-maxxing).

In December, as we roll out age-gating more fully and as part of our “treat adult users like adults” principle, we will allow even more, like erotica for verified adults.

Another thing that really helps is setting timers for myself. I don't commit to "clean the whole house", I commit to "1 hour of cleaning".

My brain doesn't get frazzled when I just commit time and most of the time I get more done then I thought I could.

Sure! I have two locations and three setups depending on what I’m streaming:
1) Gaming from a PC
2) DJing from a MacBook
3) Producing from a MacBook

They can all manage streaming but it’s through wireless so connectivity is not as secure as I want.

So I’m thinking of building a 2nd pc for streaming. Something that fits in a rack and can accept video inputs from both Mac and PC.

I might run the VTuber stuff on it too but I’m having a tough time defining how much power I need for that.

Any advice?
