I know I need to get back in the gym, but I'm honestly so tired of getting injured. Nothing major, but tweak a tendon in your elbow & you're done for at least a month. Looking for a good low weight high reps plan that protects my elbows & shoulders. Plus cardio, ugh.

Just had a great visit with my care coordinator. She's a licensed clinical psychologist & super easy to talk to. Seems very engaged in getting road blocks out of my way & finding the care I need. Is this weird feeling I have hope?

I would struggle to run a 10 min mile right now in my gym clothes. The thought of doing it in a bomb suit reminds me of two-a-days for football, puking in your helmet in the Florida summer.
