Keir Starmer has called for an investigation into Reform's ties with Russia.

@mrjamesob.bsky.social is 'surprised' about who he’s called upon to lead it.

I'm stunned every time I see that Farage is still a political force in the UK. He's an obvious buffoon. Maybe a Russian asset? Is responsible for the nation's disastrous economy. Deeply unpleasant personality.

Having Johnson & Cummings in Downing Street when Covid struck was, just like Brexit, an entirely avoidable disaster caused largely by utterly appalling journalism. And now exactly the same clowns, arses & bigots with bylines are rolling out the red carpet for Farage.

Exactly this.
The main question I have for Labour is, what will you do when the polls don’t improve for you after this?

We don't need to "protect our borders"

Our biggest threat doesn't need to cross a border to harm us.

From a yacht, billionaires can move markets, pressure govs, dodge taxes & bankroll politicians to rewrite our laws.

The threat isn't the "outsider"

It's the concentrated power already inside.

If you live in a major city, your mayor is almost certainly aware of @annehidalgo.bsky.social's record.

If they're deciding not to follow her lead, that decision is a deliberate one.
Over 800km of new bike paths, pedestrian zones, school streets, 200,000 new trees, a 40% reduction in traffic, a 40% reduction in emissions, and a plan for a carbon neutral Paris by 2050. There is nothing stopping other city leaders from being this bold.
“One of Hidalgo’s most transformative achievements has been her push to reduce car dominance in Paris, a city historically shaped by automotive culture. Since 2014, her administration has added over 1,300 kilometers (800 miles) of bike lanes, making cycling a viable and safe option for commuters.”

Reform UK supporting Matt Goodwin says because we are broke taxes have to go up

Brexit costs us £40 billion a year in lost tax income from trade with the EU, this is why we are broke

If you vote for Reform you're voting for the same people who made us broke, to fix us being broke 🤷‍♂️ #BBCQT

Under the current criminalisation of protest, even the famous campaigners that we celebrate in the UK would be at risk of arrest simply for peacefully protesting.

The right to protest is a cornerstone of our democracy; we cannot allow its restriction to go unchallenged.

Oh.
Food profits have increased more than 30% in Europe since 2021.

While in the US/UK they have increased nearly 200%.

There is no 'inflation' only profiteering.

Why does this tax exile 'foreigner' think our government should discuss policy with him? He should feck off back to Monaco. Made his choice based on his own interest, to avoid tax. Anything he has to say will be only in his own interests, again.
