I am a pretty good and adventurous cook, which means I’m cursed with kids who a) won’t eat school lunch and b) don’t like “sandwich fare”. My youngest in particular WILL NOT EAT if he doesn’t like his food, and prefers HOT meals (like his mom).
So today’s lunch for smoldude was beanie weenies.

I have happily placed my order for (checks notes) 12 lbs of seed potatoes.
Gonna try growing them in a single wall box this year. The laundry hamper method honestly was only okay.
Mostly mid-season this time, but a couple late and one early. I’m learning!!!
