Bad framing: ACIP voted to scrap the universal hepatitis B vaccine recommendation for newborns.

Accurate framing: Anti-vax conspiracy theorists appointed to ACIP by Robert Kennedy Jr., who made a fortune as an anti-vax profiteer, voted to expose babies to a preventable, incurable, deadly illness.

Scott Frost had agreed to terms and then had a panic attack, presumably caused by his future self, which Tom Osborne proceeded to strangle.
Penn State and Matt Campbell have agreed to broad terms that will make Campbell the next head coach in State College, per a source. Yahoo first. Nittany Lions search is down to hours some 54 days after dismissing James Franklin.

Anyways, get the money up front and guaranteed, Matt.

The effects of the ACIP poisoned recommendations may not be seen clearly at scale for years.

But every child that unnecessarily develops HepB-associated chronic liver disease and cancer is the fault of those on that committee, the HHS Secretary, and those that capitulated to put him in power.

WHERE IS MIKE RILEY
Penn State really just needs to find a coach whose major vice is ice cream and sell him on the benefits of the Berkey Creamery.

I appreciate the flaw in my thinking here is that parents who are vaccine hesitant will take their kids to doctors, because if you're listening to TikTok people tell you how a tiny vaccine is overwhelming baby's immune system, you're likely not listening to doctors anyways.
Yes absolutely I have enough anxiety about baby flailing himself out of my arms, I don't need him to have to go to the doctor because he caught a vaccine-preventable illness like he's some Dickensian orphan
Since becoming a parent I have not, in fact, understood the parents who say “if you were a parent you’d understand” about vaccine hesitancy. Being in charge of this fragile little miracle has me saying things like “give her all the vaccines. Turn this baby into a pincushion” to doctors

Aren't most of the old master 'classics' produced by people who were in the employ of or at least dependent on the largesse of the rich, which is why religious imagery always contains portraits of their benefactors as either Mary or an angel or something.
If we can only have art from people who "aren't in it for the money" that means we can only have art from privileged middle-class dilettantes. Making art being a viable career is responsible for nearly all worthwhile art, and if it's not a viable career any more we will get drastically less of it.
