Having shitty mental health but a naturally bubbly and outgoing personality is one of the most confusing experiences - like you're constantly smiling and cracking jokes on the outside while inside you're fighting a never-ending battle of anxiety, sadness, and doubt. It's exhausting pretending everything's fine when your mind feels like a storm nobody sees, and sometimes you don't even understand it yourself.
