The textures of this scene were spectacular.

From a magical morning spent with new friends on a @bryanhansel.com photo workshop.
An image of fall foliage emerging from fog with rays of light coming through.

I can reach out to a guy I know.

Would love to do this but, I’m not done with my 107 cert yet. 😢

It was.

Today is day 287 of my 365 days of sun project.

It’s ALWAYS a great day to go outside in your community.

It's shaping up to be a pretty neat sunset tonight, twin cities.

The moderates of this city really want to deliver a Republican legislature next year. And corporate democrats are giving them the lay up.

It won’t hurt progressives. But it will hurt the top of the ticket next year.

Former KARE-11 anchor Rick Kupchella won’t say who paid for the film that paints a dark picture of Minneapolis and progressive City Council members, who dispute policies the film ascribes to them.

A few outtakes from Sunday Sunrise Club photowalk last weekend. It was very fun!
A view from Stone Arch Bridge towards Eleven on the River high-rise building. The clouds are lit pink by the rising sun, but the sun is not visible yet, and the trees by the river are shady. Interior of an atrium, it is painted green. Exposed elevator shafts face the atrium. There are spherical accent lights in a grid pattern, and the sky is visible through the glass roof. The perspective is at gratuitous and maybe not fully committed constructivist angle to make more of the interior geometry fit into the field of view.

Last Sunday, road closures frustrated me from getting to the @rileybruce.bsky.social Sunday morning #photography group. I wound up on the far side of the Stone Arch Bridge...and found out the road closures were due to a race...

Minnesota is simply undefeated.

Get outside. Meet new people. Build community.

It’s ALWAYS a good day to do that.

What kind of day has it been?

South Minneapolis, that sunset came to PLAY!
rileybruce.bsky.social
It is not. I know the pullout you’re referencing but, this is substantially inland.

All that white is fog, not Lake Superior.

I would argue that when ICE is running around is an excellent time for a large Kansas-born white dude to be out and about with a camera.

You got it. Thanks for the note about it.

Outside is the good place.
