Inside a dog it's too dark to read.

their plan really was

step 1: become america's taliban
step 2:
step 3: global hegemony
It really kills MAGA that they have no culture, just resentment at everyone else's. Bad Bunny is the #1 artist in the world right now and won album of the year. Instead of putting poquito de sazón en su vida, they're gonna listen to the guy who sings about liking underage women.

Certainly not the first time Trump has exaggerated size.
a delusional Trump claims "we're taking in more than $18 trillion into the United States because of tariffs. The companies, the only way they can avoid them is to build here. They avoid paying the tariffs. Now they've been doing that."

Using AI videos to scratch the chauvinism itch that so many of these guys have deep inside their vestigial lizard-brain.
Over on X, the Everything App, serious conservative thinker Dinesh D'Souza shared a video of an AI-generated woman on a fake podcast he seemingly thought was real, telling the audience that young women should get with older men. Dude, wtf?

Grant and Capaldi as the next generation Cushing and Lee.

Oh, what might have been...
LAIR OF THE WHITE WORM is a literate, witty, and delightfully odd tribute to Gothic Horror. It’s probably the most popular of Ken Russell’s eccentric 1980s Vestron films.

Hugh Grant and Peter Capaldi should have gone on to be the Bing Crosby and Bob Hope of Folk Horror.

I expect Danielle Smith to send a letter to Carney demanding that all provinces ask Alberta which social media site they be allowed to use.
New Brunswick, an east coast Canadian province of about 900,000 people, will no longer use billionaire Elon Musk’s social media platform X for routine government communications, its leader announced

Apparently we are now referring to the operating principles of the first 450 years of Europeans in the Americas as “The Billie Ellish Theory of Property.”
It’s time to put Billie Eilish’s theory of property out to pasture, Richard Epstein and Max Raskin write.

I asked Ron Wyden what his cryptic letter to the CIA was all about. He wouldn't say.

"I wrote it for a specific reason. That’s all I can say.”

He did a similar thing before, in 2011, and illicit spy activities were later revealed by Edward Snowden

There is a ton of literature on lawyers in Germany in the 1930s who thought they could handle it, maintain their morals, "assist from inside", or avoid blame while working for the Reich. They couldn't.

I forget who first coined it but “the revolt of the bosses” sums it up perfectly

the power that labor held in the remote work era was existentially terrifying to them and every move they have made since has been designed to crush it and instill fear across the workforce

that, above all else, is the message
