I've worked in mental health for a very long time, and no matter what population is being served, a universal truth is always made clear:

No amount of therapy or medication can rival the effects that POVERTY has on a person's overall well-being.

Any deficit in the bottom 2 is especially damaging.

The disparity between assistance from USDA to farmers based on race has never been a secret. Black farmers are not funded by the government like white farmers. This is the second Black farmer to speak on their ability to stay afloat after requests for assistance was routinely denied to them.
