Jordan Peele has a documentary called High Horse: The Black Cowboy on Peacock and you should watch it. My experience has only been a Bass Reeves bio and my best friend growing up’s Dad was a Black Cowboy but I only got to see him a handful of times. (He was so friggin cool)
