Several years ago Evangelicals lamented Cultural Christianity for its theological dilution. But now, they yearn for Christendom or the high religiosity of the 20th century. In other words…cultural Christianity.

Democrats taking over Washington is only part of defeating MAGA. You have only taken power away from MAGA, you have not killed the idea. Killing the idea of MAGA is the real challenge. That requires long term institutional and cultural work.

We cannot wait for someone else to turn on the light of democracy. It is on us to flip the switch and keep it on until the fuse gives out. Let us choose to chase darkness into the corner and bring a new long age of peace, progress and prosperity.

True religion cannot be forced. If religion is a weapon of the state, then it discredits itself and turns all its adherents into pariahs in the eyes of good willed people.

Can we not build more newer weapons and supplies to send to Ukraine? Would that not be a boon to the domestic economy? Maybe I am misunderstanding something, but we would be in a better place if we showed more industrial strength from the jump.
Senator Lindsey Graham believes that there will be no peace in Ukraine as long as Putin thinks he is in control of the situation.

Twitter pays people based on engagement (views, retweets, comments, etc). It appears that many MAGA accounts are based abroad and they use AI technology to generate low-effort rage bait.
My guess is that this will get worse as AI tech improves. For instance, fake videos of minorities doing crime.
