Looking at the papers and broadcast media today having read the press summary of the Sandie Peggie judgment is wild.
They either haven’t read it or are lying about it.

This has always been about a) securing legal impunity for the worst people you’ve ever met to go absolutely apeshit at any trans people they encounter, and b) for the cops to take their side, when somebody calls them. When all our media outlets feed the public much the same shit day in, day out, then it’s no wonder Yer Da has developed Creutzfeldt–Jakob disease.

I believe that NVIDIA is breaking no laws, committing no fraud, and not doing anything other than forcing partners to buy endless GPUs, taking advantage of exec ignorance and FOMO. Repercussions will be the company's main revenue source going away (NVDA won't die)
