This is what they paid for.

They are zip-tying children. They are zip-tying children. They are zip-tying children.

Keep saying it. Make them defend it.
In San Antonio today, plainclothes ICE officers (not masked this time) arrested, handcuffed, and zip-tied a family of five (yes, ALL of them, including the little children) coming out of their immigration court hearing — which ICE had just had dismissed.

In normal times, DOJ wins most of its cases because it has the resources to ensure that presidential actions are lawful. But under Trump, the Department is run by a sycophantic election denying enabler. The result is DOJ's credibility with judges is in tatters and it is losing case after case.

Watching Mike Johnson champion a bill that will cut $715 billion from Medicaid, $300 billion from SNAP and perhaps $500 billion from Medicare

Lie about it-claiming the programs WOULDN'T be cut

And argue the legislation is "moral"

Is maybe the most perverse thing I've ever seen a politician do

Whole lot of people think X is "crappier Twitter because there's no moderation."

No. The algorithm is fundamentally different now. If you are not a paid account pushing right-wing propaganda, your reach is a tiny fraction of what it was. You're posting in a chatroom of your followers. Nothing more.
absolutely this

after a mass exodus from ex-Twitter, the only reason the platform hasn't died yet is because some people continue to give it credibility it no longer deserves

without those people X would be the same as Truth Social
Notable accounts clinging to their following is part of the problem. When respected voices leave, it weakens the platform’s draw. Staying only props it up.

Leaving is a moral stance and I wish more people would act on theirs.
