Took the attic door down to add a pull bar to it only to discover that the ball bags who replaced it a few years ago didn't insulate it. They also made it from a thin piece of plywood that looks like they got it out of the skip.

I saw someone with a range rover doing this on the side of the trolley hut outside Sainsbury's. It was very satisfying.
Watch carefully and you can see right through her eyes into the headrest.

We met Monch just over a fortnight ago when OpGeek spotted them sitting on the lawn when he was doing the bins.
When they didn't move I gloved up and picked them up to check. They rolled up nicely, so we put some cat food out, and we've been feeding them every night since.

A reasonable % of #ChronicPain is designing accessories to hold heat pads on areas of your body that you can't stick heat pads onto.
On the upside, being covered in stick on heat pads at the minute is saving me on heating. Silver linings etc 🤪

Going to try to sleep with a heat patch on my neck to stop it going into spasm during the night. The botox has worn off and the cervicogenic headaches are kicking my ass this week. Got an unexpected botox appointment for 18th Dec, hopefully that settles them a bit before Christmas.
