I was wearing a mask when that woman in the shop walked up behind me close enough for our armless cuddle to take place. Another moment in the past few years when I've been very happy to wear a FFP2. Even though my asthma doesn't like it.

Had an honest chat with my therapist about where my mental health is at the moment. She told me that she is reducing my session fee for a while so I can afford to keep seeing her until I can regulate again. Then we laughed at something inappropriate together.

Of course as soon as my head hit the pillow I was hit by anxiety, couldn't get to sleep until after 2am and had a ptsd dream. Fuckingfuckedyfuck. Tomorrow was meant to be my last trauma therapy session but it seems I might have to rethink that plan.
Much needed mental health weekend with himself. I stayed in bed all day yesterday trying to deal with burn out. Then we went to the place I want to live*.
