They're gorgeous! I get very close to the ones I photograph (only with my phone) because they're so used to people. I would be every bit as excited as you were to see them!

Dear businesses/ business lobby groups, a free tip from a comms nerd: Stop talking about paying your employees like it’s an unnecessary inconvenience. There’s a cost of living crisis for your staff too. Maybe acknowledge that.

A truly toxic thing inflicted on society in 2025 has been the removal of basic, human empathy on an industrial scale

Watched Saving Mr Banks yet again…extraordinary film
From what I’ve read about her they’ve managed to add a taste of the layers & complexities in PL Travers’ character (one of the most fascinating writers to have ever lived)
A movie of much more depth than it might seem
