can second this. for my commute I ride north from logan square across the damen ave bridge and that bike lane was impassable. the sidewalks over the bridge were also not shoveled and I saw one person struggling walking across it.

While I agree Medicare Advantage is not worth it and a bit of a scam, some plans provide a grocery allowance that typically ranges from ~$25 to $200 per month, depending on the plan. So when you suddenly take that away from a number of people, now all those people are struggling to afford food.
