There is absolutely no person whose presence in that conspiracy could possibly make me say "they're too important to prosecute" or whatever. Give them a trial, because due process is important, and once they're found guilty, we can have a parade between the courthouse and the prison.

We usually do that in response to media requests once they hit that threshold. I’ll try not to weigh in here, since that’s still details of an individual case. An interesting topic for a separate write up though, without discussing case specifics.

In this case her identity matters, and personally I want an explanation for the content she posted that you deemed warranted a suspension. Why should I trust your moderation decisions blindly? Especially after you banned link for what is IMO a minor thing and could also have been a short suspension?
