I am sorry, but the first party to take up the banner of anti-corruption and accountability is going to have a hell of an easy time making its case and I honestly don't know why an opposition party isn't doing that already from every streetcorner they can.
Florida Senator Rick Scott is under fire for making millions trading stocks in companies he helped regulate. Reports show Scott and his family invested more than $26 million in firms that had direct business before the Senate committees he served on.

60 Minutes is doing a story on Trump's crypto corruption tonight. I did a lot of work with them in the background - it's a great team and Scott is genuinely committed to journalism.

Nothing from my interview made the cut - which is disappointing - but so happy they got this past Bari.

Watch.

The Founders were so concerned about bribery that the Constitution forbids it three separate times. Two emoluments clauses ban officials—unambiguously including the president—from accepting things of value, plus bribery is the only named impeachable offense besides treason.

Unprecedentedly corrupt.

KARL: Tariffs have been removed from some food items. How soon do we expect prices on those goods will go down?

HASSETT: The prices for those goods weren't necessarily going up just because of tariffs

KARL: So they might not go down?
