Municipal sidewalk clearing in snowy areas is such an obvious public good that I’m always surprised Minneapolis hasn’t caught on (but kudos to Montréal for doing the right thing)

it’s also important to note the parallel bike facilities on waterfront drive are pushed back even farther back to 2039 so the whole justification for not having bike facilities on EBB because there will be a parallel route in 15 years …
