It’s POTS awareness day—a blood flow problem common after Covid.

POTS can be subtle—I often wonder how many people who feel rundown, anxious or distracted have this treatable condition.

Main criteria is heart rate going up >30bpm when going from laying down to standing—smthg you can check at home!

“Toderian says it’s easy to be distracted by futuristic innovations…‘The real solutions are a lot less sexy and a lot more common sense,’ he says. ‘It’s not about utopia. It’s about practicality in the context of the real challenges we face. Tech won’t save us if we get the fundamentals wrong.’

Did anyone think that Trump would sign a trade deal with Canada?
His latest silly tantrum says it all. The American "century" is over. A malignant narcissist killed it all.
Canada is moving on.
We will do business with China and Europe.
Bye Bye Mon Cowboy.

While the rest of us focus on fighting back against Donald Trump, Pierre Poilievre remains obsessed with Justin Trudeau. i think he was triggered by the Katy Perry/Justin on the yacht photo.
Poilievre has no policies or plan, he is using the extremist playbook.

The lesson of history is that tyrants cannot be appeased.

Appeasement only feeds their insatiable hunger for power.

Kudos to these universities for standing up to Trump's demands.

Health Canada puts out guidelines recommending N95s and clean indoor air!

Let’s do this!

Yes it’s overdue, and no it doesn’t address every risk factor, but we can significantly curb COVID with respirator use and clean air.

One of the best ways to reach our community has been @ianmccausland.bsky.social idea to bring Coffee Outside to Winnipeg. This past Friday we had the last one of the year and celebrated by handing out over 60 breakfast sandwiches! Thank you to Harrison’s Coffee and to our volunteers.
Really enjoying this new book by my friend and fellow bike advocate @pattybikes.com Love learning more about our her inspiring journey to biking all year round (even in #Winnipeg).

Highly recommend this one, even to non-cyclists! ❤️🙌
