They were such chunky boys, those docking stations, but yeah. That "thunk" was really cathartic.
Kinda miss those 2000/10s docking stations for laptops that felt like you were shoving a magazine into a pistol lol
It made such a damn good "thunk" sound and when you turned the key to lock it in OMG.....kids let me tell you the tactile satisfaction of this device over USBC...

Driving back home from the post office, it seemed like every third car had brights on. Cannons of light blasting into my retinas. These are standard now! People tell me I should start wearing yellow-tinted glasses at night to cut glare. But should *I* be the one that has to adjust?
I wish we, like, regulated shit nowadays. Between car bloat, blinding headlines, and neighbourhoods packed with rental suites but no on-property parking, driving is an absolute nightmare now.

the ancestry websites really fuck with me on all this, and make me think of 'WHAT ABOUT THE HACKERSSSS'. i have run into people in my family and beyond who are extremely terrified now of giving out personal information... but don't think it's weird to want to submit family info to an ancestry site.
