I made some really great strides for picking up new work today, which I'm excited for, but none of it comes with confidence in getting paid fast enough to make rent at the end of the month. Probably gonna post some duplicate manga volumes I've acquired to sell within the next day or so.

Even the extras menus for each disc had extras that were designed to look like fighting character movesets. There was a different character for each disc.

It's nearly 20 years ago, Tokyopop is out there licensing anime, and for whatever reason, even though this show (Samurai Girl Real Bout High School) doesn't actually have anything to do with fighting games, the DVD menus had this weirdly cool fighting game theme about them.

Anime Matsuri keeps adding more reasons why nobody with a brain should attend their con or any of their activities.
You guys know how the owners of Anime Matsuri also own a bar called The Anime Bar outside of Houston? Seems they run that bar much like they run their conventions, because after a patron talked to the cops about how a friend's drink may have been drugged, an employee banned her from returning.
