Everyone who promotes current AI sounds like they're holding up a Palm Pilot and claiming it's an iPhone.

You'd think so, but in our current paradigm you actually make money by not making money, as long as you already have money.
You know, I think if I owned the rights to a century's worth of the most acclaimed films ever like The Wizard of Oz and 2001, plus all the most popular characters in cartoon history, plus Superman and Batman, plus tons of other stuff, I could probably make enough money I wouldn't need to sell it.

Truly the stupidest cult. Obsessed with a drug that doesn't work against an infectious disease that they don't even think is real.
In lieu of affordable universal health insurance, Texans will now be given better access to de-worming medication.

Kinda weird that the Pantone color of the year gets chosen by a landlord who's quickly repainting the walls and taking it out of the security deposit.

Well, at least I wasn't imagining the heat.
“The breakneck speed of New England’s transformation makes it the fastest-heating area of the US, bar the Alaskan Arctic, and the pace of its temperature rise has apparently increased in the past five years.” [theguardian.com]

Behind the scenes of my 40 year (so far) attempt at creating other "cool" letters. I devote 50+ hours a week to this task and still have made no progress since grade school. Hoping for a breakthrough soon.

It's a little thing, but I really like that Criterion Channel doesn't have a "skip intro" button for "Blossoms Shanghai."
