Issue 9 was inspired by one of Manitoba’s halfway trees, marking the spot halfway between Winnipeg and Brandon. Local legend is it was planted by a widower for his deceased wife and child. The trees are over 100 years old and will soon need to be removed.

We keep doing these pilot programs and are shocked, SHOCKED!, by the incredibly positive results each time. At what point can we just, ya know, stop with the pilots and make this policy already??? #ubi
