I appreciate it because when a show can pull me like a book and immerse me, my phone is down 🙌🏾
I believe shows like Legion, The Leftovers, or even something like Game Of Thrones frustrated some viewers because these types of big shows with many moving parts require rapt attention & most folks don't enjoy sitting that still to absorb art like that, in my view.

Aubrey Plaza as Lenny in Legion was enough to keep my attention, and even then I had to watch episodes 2x in order to be a little less lost with wtf was going on
