This is another reason to hate Generative AI and Shitty LLM implentation. Because now the actual GOOD LLM and Machine learning stuff is being overshadowed by the slop. Any benefits this technology has is being buried under tech bro bullshit
This is one reason I'm dying on my sad, lonely hill that AI and LLM are not synonyms.
There are *machine learning models* that absolutely kick ass at specific diagnostic tasks, performing as well as a panel of experts.
They are NOT LLMs, and they are precise in quantifying their own uncertainty!
