when I worked for the US government, we hit a "prod updated Saturday morning" bug.

our database had its column names changed, without warning, early on saturday.

I've been bedridden for the last 10 months, unable to work as I try to get a surgeon and insurance lined up for my operation to let me work again.

yeah as a kid I found the icon (in Win 3.1's MORICONS.DLL) and was like "wow, cute fox! I bet whatever program this goes with is AWESOME" and I was disappointed to find out it was a database and not, like, Fox Simulator.

(mind you, babby!foone loved databases. I was no less autistic when I was 10)

although i guess if you're adding RLE at the end because you're out of space, you don't really care about getting the smallest possible filesize, since you're on a ROM.
as long as you're under the Xty KB limit, who cares?
