I tend to give any adult male a beard in my stories. My most recent writing tends to be heavily weighted toward women in the casts, so it's less of an issue overall, but yeah, I generally mark a male character as 'adult' with a beard. Dunno why, just my default.

Matay being essentially a druid means he's not only has an excellent sense of direction in the wild but is a pretty decent tracker as well. His talents are wasted in the city 😭

13. My favorite aristocrats are the Butcherson's. Since their commoner ancestors working as a butcher for the king ended a coup and saved his life, they've been dominating Rarodian politics. Their crest is 2 butcher knives crosses over a boar's head. Might draw it later.
