Absolutely! They're masked, usually no identification of any kind, now running around in unmarked vehicles with no license plates. How are we supposed to know who they are??? We have a right to defend ourselves.

If men with guns and masks tried to pull me out of my car, I'd fight back. Courts should reject any claims by the government that this is aggression by the person being detained, resisting arrest, or that they're a flight risk.

Every six months is often referred to as 'Active Surveillance" and usually means something is going on. (my husband has prostate cancer, he's on Active Surveillance every six months)
