I've been boycotting christmas for over 20 years - mindless consumption, severe mental pressure on the poor, a tsunami of adverts on TV, radio, Internet that collectively prods you to buy shit you don't need. The guilt trips, the panic buying, the mountain of landfill.. I have to go & hide.
