Two weeks ago I said that there were likely millions of uninstalled Blackwell GPUs sitting in warehouses as there is neither the data center capacity nor the power to turn them on. Michael Burry is looking into it and it looks like he’s got evidence I’m right.

3) legally regulating drugs means access based on risk e.g. licensed venues or through health professionals with safeguards

I agree that a Land Value Tax (LVT) would be a much better way of running things than the current arrangements.
We need our tax system to benefit us, not the rich!
Developers and landlords use vacant homes and land itself as financial instruments to avoid taxation.
This isn't tinkering at the edges. This is a complete rebuilding of what the British tax system is and who it benefits.
