Die Polizei ist komplett entfesselt! Sie kennt keine Zivilisation mehr: Schädel-Hirn-Trauma, offene Brüche, sehr viele Krankenwagen danach. Die Polizei ENTZIEHT den friedlichen Demonstrierenden sogar den Schutz. So ist ein Auto in eine Menge gefahren!

In Gießen knüppelt die Polizei den Weg frei, damit eine rechtsextreme Partei ihre Jugendorganisation neu gründen kann, die sich aufgelöst hatte, weil sie so rechtsextrem ist, dass sie sonst verboten worden wäre.

Es ist ziemlich eindeutig auf welcher Seite die Polizei und damit der Staat steht.

I'm in no position to receive mail like this, but this thread is both amusing and sad to me. Crank-watching has been a firm favourite among my time-wasting activities for decades, but much of the amusement was based on the *obvious* crankery. I don't like that AI helps them polish the crazy.

Message to all faculty: your expertise is no longer trusted or valued at this so-called “university.”
A thread by an A&M professor describing how the new rules will impact faculty. Syllabi must be fed into AI to be checked for content not aligned with approved syllabi; students will be encouraged to report faculty for inaccurate content; and young people are now being told they get to decide what a professor should teach.

But also: I'm more mystified by the people who wonder about this. I never see ANY baby birds of ANY species unless something has gone very badly wrong for them. Where's all the baby [~]? In their nests, mostly above you. 🤨
