I fell down this rabbit hole again as I do from time to time and thought I'd try my luck. Does anyone know where I could find maybe a digitized version of the 1st edition of this book? It's usually the 2nd edition that's available online, but I'd like the 1st for research purposes and also fun.

I see some book piracy discourse, and, to make a positive argument in favor of buying books, your marginal ability to influence what books get published and support the careers of writers you like is massive compared to most other forms of media.
