When ever I watch these shows, I sometimes think too much about the lore within them or make comparisons. And sometimes they're not always in the best of light (storywise), like government overreach, corporate control, failures of the heroes and flaws in their plans, etc.

Don’t want to engage with people calling Glitch an indie animation monopoly but no. We are not using that word. Words mean specific things and flippant use is unproductive and defeatist. If the company was hoarding some resource, I’d get it, but that is not what is happening at all.

Tilling soil is deadly to ground creatures.

Caring for soil properly requires much knowledge and effort

Crops can be destroyed and stock can become ill.

Huge amount of work every day.

As we all know I'm a fan of rural placemaking but I sure am tired of books romanticizing the rural existence and suggesting all we need to fix the planet is to just go back to small communities where we grow our own food like my dudes, this is not achievable at scale.

You need to get really good at lying.
