I'm clearly not a lawyer but... if a case is brought under the wrong law then why can't the case be amended to the right law? Surely even if they can't claim an enemy state was involved, they could prosecute under data protection or something?

I have multiple long-term conditions, some are disability level but only one requires adaptations. Yes, migraines are an issue for me. Otherwise I'm a fully functioning pharmacist that just wants to do my bit.
